South bound traffic needs lane markings showing the left lane as turn only.

I agree, though if 3rd avenue wouldn't have been messed up by adding a bike lane and removing the beautiful flowers we wouldn't be having this conversation

What's the plan for 3rd Ave around the convention center during all the winter shows that take place, when the right lane is backed up with staging vehicles such as semi trucks?

Also, the right turn only lane is often not observed.

Completely disagree that the street was messed up by the change. Traffic flows much better now that there is room for a left hand turn lane that is longer than 50ft. We just need signage to tell people which lanes are turn only, and which is the thru lane before the corner/tree lines.
