Hello, There is an object (est 4 inches long) sticking up from one of the covers in the road. Was unable to tell if it is flexible or not. If not, it could possibly damage a tire.

Can you give an exact location? I was onsite at your address of 5140 Vermack Road, but was not able to locate what you have described.

It's in the center of the road maybe more in the lane going towards the Mt Vernon. It should be around that address and has been there for a few days. Try going in either direction by 20-50 yards.
