Description

This is the second time I have requested a new liner for the trash can at the bus stop on P street and 15th. It is on the southwest corner. I have received emails saying it was replaced but it still is not. Trash falls out the bottom and on the sidewalk and street and attracts rats.

Please replace this can. Make sure it is the one one the southwest corner.
