Opis

The city needs to enforce parking rules. There was a car parked in a pedestrian crosswalk on 2nd and Jersey which was preventing a fire truck from getting through. The truck in the picture was parked in front of a hydrant and blocking a cross walk on 2nd and Jersey. We need enforcement.
