At the top of East Rock Park the view of the city is blocked by over growth of sumac and I was told by one of the parks employee that they need the bucket truck to clear that area and there is only one bucket truck in running condition, well don't you think the department should spend the money and get the other 2 truck back into service.
In the past few years since we have a new mayor the downtown area is well maintained but the rest of the city is going to hell. Trash barrel are over flowing in almost every park and no body seem to give a hoot.
