You should probably address location accuracy with app developers. If I knew how the department would mitigate issue I would never agree to it. You painted latex over oil(although in the form it was said customer provided paint). The paint started chipping 48 hours after. The white facade and stoop marble is smudged in a gray paint. I don't know who did more damage, graffiti guy or DPW.
