Opis
As a result of building addition and landscaping changes at 351 Broadus St. in Crystal Beach, rainwater and run-off now diverts from this property to my bordering property at 318 Indiana Ave. rather than to drainage ditch and emptying into inlet at end of street. Prior to house addition and landscape changes at 351 Broadus St., this resulting condition did not exist. I do not want to alienate my relationship with the owner of the property (house is rented and I have never met the owner), however, something really should be done about this. Others in the neighborhood agree with me.
