Description

DPW apparently placed a dumpster in the rear of the municipal lot behind 30 Haven Street for the Fall Street Faire. A passenger in a gray SUV appears to have unload trash from the rear of the vehicle into the dumpster. The driver was not visible. The passenger returned to the vehicle after unloading.
