No street lights or building lights illuminate the area that is behind the Columbus School sign. A group of mothers of students, students and local residents cleaned the area and found drug paraphernalia. One of the moms of a student said she heard the area was sometimes uses for prostitution at night. The area needs to be looked at for building lighting and regularly policed.

It is probably obvious but just in case. The GPS location on this is wrong. This issue is at Columbus School, intersection of Blatchley and Grand Avenues.

LCI , said Will Clark needs to be involve in this decision, Still policing in the area need to be enforce, Last Sunday 11/18/12 I was around the area (after 6pm) and I have to call the police, because there was 10 to 12 teenagers with bicycles exactly in front of the main doors enters on the side of the sidewalk doing tricks dangerously with the bicycles. They can look the school's security cameras recordings. Policing during the day is a especial and big concern from many parents; people hang out, drinking and as a result are yelling aloud profanities, they don't care if are mothers with their children passing buy frequently, PLUS trash and graffiti are not helping to create a better environment,
