Description

Edward St light not turning green. Prospect was green. Pedestrian pressed cross button. She got cross signal and then it went back to prospect being green.

The sequence at this location if for the traffic on Hillside to get a green after the pedestrian movement, and the light in front of Edwards will be breen on Prospect with this movement. Then Edwards get the green light once Hillside completes timing. The operation was verified to be working properly.
