Home owners at 1816 address are negligent and continue to ignore this problem of 6 ft piike of tree branches that now block alley and cross alley. There are rats.
In addition, there is garbage every where in the alley/ humans just throw it out into pavement... Not using trash cans.
Horrible health hazard. This had been reported to City multiple times wo any response except to say call a different department. We have taken photos and need the City's help - PLEaSE!!!!!!!
