Moore rd at 1st ave is continuously closed during peak times for unknown construction. No warning signs are displayed on 1st avenue and cars are forced to stop in traffic, make illegal u-turns, take alternate routes through the casino lot, find a detour on unfamiliar rds etc which is a hazard.
