Please know weeds must be at least 12 inches tall and cover the majority of the yard before action can be taken. A seven-day notice is given to property owners to correct the issue. In some cases, it can take up to 30 days before the City can take legal action against those in violation. Updates will be posted here.

The Code Officer for this area reported that this is an easement. Each property owner is responsible for maintaining ½ of the easement behind their property. Letters will be sent to the property owners regarding maintenance behind their properties.
