Description

This is a daily problem that I've lived with for about a year. The neighbors across the cul-de-sac from me let out their dogs, and the neighborhood sounds like a kennel for up to an hour, a few times everyday. This is highly annoying and mainly a problem because it involves multiple dogs in their backyards all barking at each other through the common fence. I hate to be "that neighbor" but this is getting ridiculous. I've read the ordinance about prohibited noises, and it's clear that they are in violation.
