Something on the Newport Grand side of the intersection is tripping the light. It is always turning green for that side of the intersection, holding up traffic, despite no cars being there.

The State of Rhode Island's Department of Transportation (RIDOT) has jurisdiction over America's Cup Avenue, Memorial Boulevard, Memorial Boulevard West, Admiral Kalbfus Road, J T Connell Highway and Farewell Street (Van Zandt Avenue to America's Cup Avenue). Issues with these roadways are forwarded to RIDOT's Maintenance Division at dot.customerservice@dot.ri.gov or 401-222-2378. RIDOT is responsible for completing the maintenance.
