Semis are parking on Lower Afton on the North side of the road making it difficult to turn left onto Lower Afton from Winthrop. Yesterday there was one (pictured) today there were two! In order to see around the semis to see if you can turn you are already half way into the intersection. No Parking signs were posted on the South side of the road recently, Please post NO PARKING on the North side of the road as well.
