I too, have seen this and also noted there is ample on street parking available. This makes the whole neighborhood look shabby. Please do something! Thanks.

The address for this property is 324 Alden Ave (not 330 as reported). This issue has previously been reported. There have been multiple calls to the police (noise complaints, fighting, etc) as well.

Apparently, this was also reported to SCSU Police Department. As the issue is off-campus, they have no authority to take action but there is a history with this fraternity.

Who owns the property? If the tenants are irresponsible, one would think the landlord needs to be held accountable. I just walked by the property and no cars on lawn, so this must happen in evening/night.

This house is very high on LCI's priority list. We have continuously been working with the landlord, tenants, NHPD, NHFD, etc. on issues at this address. Currently, we are trying to delineate issues that are current and need the city's attention to resolve. Any issues prior to 2017 are being closed.
