Dodge truck with black trailer parked on the corner for months. It moves occasionally, hardly ever. Sat there throughout the winter months last year. It also blocks the stop sign at the intersection of Montour and Shelmire streets causing difficulty for oncoming traffic to see one another. Many near misses with vehicles and pedestrians. Move it!
