Sharraxaadda

I live across the street from Harp & Fiddle on the 15th floor. I understand it's a bar and they have live music to attract customers. However, it's a Tuesday night, their website states they have live music on Tuesdays 7-11pm...yet it's 11:45pm and they're still going strong. I have to be up very early for work tomorrow, but I can't go to sleep due to the noise. I can hear every lyric and everything the performer says in between songs. If I can hear it this loud from the 15th floor, I can't imagine how loud it must be for residents on lower floors.
