It should also be noted that the roof gutters drain directly onto the sidewalk and into the street. This has created a major ice hazard during the winter for the last couple of years. Thank you.

When is the going to be looked at? Water gushes out of this drain. The landlord must have received complaints about the smell. He was here washing away the green growth today.

This property continues to pump nasty water (from the basement sump pump?) across the sidewalk and into the street. I see that a Notice and Order to abate was issued, but what is next? The odor is awful and the green growth in the puddles is growing again. This will continue as long as the drain coming out of the side of the house is pointed out onto the walk.
