Rear yards of properties 520/522/524 W Lenoir St being used as commercial garbage and yard waste disposal site. This is causing a danger to surrounding neighbors, is affecting property values and increasing pests/rodents/insects and snakes. Also, properties seem to be in disrepair and should be evaluated and inspected by the city.
