The violation was observed, and being the vehicle was not registered to a Missouri City address the only action that can be taken was to have Patrol to tag it for possible towing.
If the vehicle is still at the location on 9/3/16, you may call the non emergency number at 281-403-8700 and request that it be towed, and let them know that the vehicle was tagged for towing by Patrol on 8/30/16.
