If you're walking the trail away from Northeast Delta Dental Stadium, (staying straight, not going up to the bridge) after you pass the condos, ALL the lights are out and it's completely dark. Lights are on until the condos, then as you walk straight towards the end of the trail towards NYCOA, ALL the lights are out. Not fun...can they please be replaced? Thanks!
