This issue remains open. Nothing has been done since I cleared a narrow path, with the assistance of volunteers. A hazardous leaning tree remains and I'm stunned that the city has chosen to ignore this problem. The generosity of volunteers is no substitute for the city's duty in remedying this. The Parks and Recreation is just across the street... thank you.
