This is getting very old. Our garbage pickup guys destroyed our alley with rotten sewage water, broken glass, trash, etc. We use our garages. Is the city going to buy all of us new tires when they get cut from broken glass. And the stretch is beyond bad. What has to be done to stop this issue.
