Street closed for non-residents on nationals game days. This is rarely enforced. Need something better than do not enter signs. Perhaps block off the street. It's not a through street anyway, no reason for anyone except residents of this block to even be on this street. Ticketing doesn't work because the cars still stay there the whole game. A $30 parking ticket is cheaper than the garage parking. Need towing, or at least courtesy towing with a ticket. Ticketing is not enough and is also sparsely enforced.
