Cars are blocking most or all the driveway in front of 137 Nicoll constantly. Please, install no blocking sign and marking the edge of driveway may help reduce the problem. Calling the police every day is not helpful to anyone. Thanks.
City police and parking enforcement must be active on their own to start towing people who do this anywhere. Even when offenders see cars already parked in the driveway, they don't care. once word spreads, repeat offenders will start thinking twice before blocking somone from going to work, doctor visit or any reason at this matter.

Here is an example of how the driveway is blocked even when there is a car parked in the driveway.
XYZ - Thx for your concern. I appreciate it. I'm the property manager where my sign with name and phone number is on the property. So there is no escaping for me either way. It won't take a genius to figure out who towed them away. :)
