Sharraxaadda

For the third day in a row I have not been able to park on my own Street, which is highly unusual. I'm aware of a few cars near my house that are parked without a permit, have been abandoned for weeks, and have gotten no tickets that I've seen. I assume the problem is throughout the street as well.
