4 foot high grass in front and back yards..
I called the owner and was given the excuse to "look at 607 Denard (next door)... Fix that property and then I'll fix mine".....

The city's neglect is starting to spread through our neighborhood....

Next stop is City Counsel Meeting with documentation, photos and excuses being given....

Please help the tax payers clean up this mess...
