This is not a city employee lot it used to be.
This is actually owned by one of the investor of the Trolley Lofts 325 palisade ave - his name is Mike.
The city comes and cleans it out every once in a while, but truthfully the owner should take care of it and gets a free ride.

Oh, interesting. There is still a sign prominently posted that says "Parking reserved for city employees".

It always looked a little bad, but I can't believe how awful it has gotten. Neighborhood kids used to play in there sometimes, and I haven't seen them in there in a few months, I think because it is so bad.

Its the sidewalks on both streets (corner lot), as well as the lot itself. Shameful.

There has been no change here, it has been almost a month. What is going on here?
