Party house. New residents had over 200 people in the home and streets lasting all night and into morning (8 am). Vopmit everywhere, people and things thrown in neighborhood yards, urinating on fences and walls. Police have been to house multiple times. Latest concern is that the kids appear to be breeding dogs (pit bulls) in their backyard. Seen from the alley. Dogs do not appear well cared for.
