How long before Yale and the city will respond to repeated complaints about the Yale shuttle buses flying up Mansfield Street at 40 or 50 miles an hour??? If I were driving that fast, the Yale or city police would stop me. This street needs some traffic-calming measures here, pronto! I've called the city AND Yale multiple times and ... no action.

Hi Brauna - I'm Steve Winter, the alder for the 21st ward. Earlier in the summer Department of Public Works cleaned up the Division St side going up the hill. Did you notice any difference? I see much of it's grown back. I can see if they can send a team to clean up the Mansfield side.

Yes I did
The first half block of Mansfield ( treebelt) has been cut on a fairly regular basis
However, the reminder of this street up to behind the beautiful garden hasn’t been maintained in over five years
I am hoping you are able to facilitate this matter
