Using small apartment complex parking lot as personal business repairing multiple cars which are also taking up space, people coming in and out at all times of day and night, unnecessary noise and illegal ventures. Used Cars coming in with repo stickers. May have business deal? Has been at its highest for the past week and a half. Cars been in and out taking up resident and guest parking spots for months now.
