Description
There is no curb ramp on the pathway that goes along the lightrail onto Marin. It is an extremely congested street with more and more construction vehicles on a daily basis. Work has been done to the road and the pathway is not ADA compliant. (See https://www.ada.gov/doj-fhwa-ta.htm)
Please ensure that the ramp is installed before someone gets hurt. This post constitutes constructive notice to the city.

Good morning,
I recently spoke to someone in NJ Transit who said they are not responsible for pathways next to the lightrail or the street/curbs. Who did you speak with? Is the Mayor's office content with this being the only path in downtown not in compliance with the ADA?
