the weeds and garbage are in the parking lot. Isn't that a city lot? Also there are 2 of the orange/white sawhorses back there which I think belong to the city, that should be taken away.

The barrier is there due to building issues. I have made contact with the possible new tenant to take care of the weeds/junk. The street department says it on private property.

The weeds look to be on city property. Aren't the cement parking blocks part of the parking lot? That is where the two oil containers are and the tall weeds. Please see photo. Thank you.
