I have posted about this issue twice this past year. Nothing has been addressed. This is a very serious danger for those crossing the street and for cars turning from Harrison Street. Another problem is that people go through the red light at Phillips Street and totally ignore the light at the post office. The light at Phillips should be reset so it does turn red while the light at Harrison Street entering Fountain turns green. Please do something finally!!
