The parents at creme de la creme have taken to blocking the entire FOUR lane road on Clay. They are putting on flashers and stopping across EVERY lane. The off duty cop that is directing traffic cannot do anything. A on duty officer should start writing citations to the parents and the day care. Or there will be an accident and a child will be injured.
