The property will be inspected by Community Development Department staff within not more than three business days.

Please note that after an inspection confirms a violation, City Code requires that the property owner or occupant receive a written violation notice with up to ten days to address the violation. If the violation is not corrected after the time period specified, additional enforcement action will be taken as determined appropriate.

Still no change as of about 9:45 this morning.

The site was inspected and the parking violation confirmed. A violation notice was sent to the property owner with a correction date of September 5, 2016. After the correction date, the Department of Community Development will reinspect the site and if the violation is still present, additional enforcement action will be taken.
