    A couple years ago the cry replaced a section of sidewalk. The new section is pushing into the old and forcing it to rise up. There is now a large section of concrete sticking up and creating a tripping hazard. Highly trafficked by students and neighborhood residents.

    There should already be a repair ticket somewhere in this system because I reported this sinkhole months ago, and there are orange cones…4 of them, near the sinkhole. Work was started on it and no one ever came back. The cones are on the curblawn, thrown by snowplows.

    Fire hydrant in front of our church is sputtering a steady stream of water out of the hydrant front cap. It is not enough of a leak to cause any serious flooding on Oakland, but it is wasting water and should be stopped.

    The loading dock behind Big Lots is always under water. They set up a pump to move the water closer to our apartments in the wooded area directly east. This is causing mosquitoes which makes taking a walk in the area difficult. Not to mention the awful smell coming from the standing water. Maybe a drain or something could be added for proper drainage.
