Code Compliance sent a letter to the property owner on August 23rd. The owner has seven days to comply. The Code officer will reinspect at the end of the seven days and if it is not taken care the City will have their contractor clean-up the location. The property was also boarded and tagged.

Thank you. Friday, Aug,26, "car cover" and trash were removed. There is now a dumpster container in the driveway. Hopefully more will be done to repair property ..And get a good buyer.
