Located along the railroad tracks next to Chevron. Trash and homeless encampments throughout this side of Broadway street and Mini Drive. This end of Broadway has litter and trash throughout the road. A possible solution is to pave a side walk and provide light along this side of Broadway to deter cars from pulling off the road to dump trash. Cut the the bottom of the shrubs and trees to prevent homeless encampments. The closure of WalMart and Food4Less does not help this matter either.
