Thank you for reporting this issue. Parking Enforcement monitors this area; if vehicles are parked legally, there is nothing they can do. However, your post will be forwarded to the City Traffic Engineer's Office.

They are parked next to the stop sign, a few feet from my mailbox, and parked next to trash cans that say no parking.

Parking Enforcement just checked the area and found one violation; the vehicle was cited.

The issues happen around lunch time. We have just met with a Special Project Manager, with the city, about all these issues. The parking, speeding, littering, hit and runs, drunk driving, and fist fights.....all within a 50 foot stretch of street.

This is happening to all the streets in this area. You go from University to Lincoln and all in between and they are building these dorm homes. I spent so much time on the phone with the police last year. Praying that this one isn't a repeat of the last one.

We get the drunk drivers at about 2 am. They hit Fuego then head to your area. They drive through our neighborhood to stay away from cops.

Agree so much with all of this. We are about to move from this area, and a large reason is because of everything noted above. (Joe, heads up, there's also about to be a lot more construction near you with that empty lot, etc. Let me know if you want to chat!)

One time they ended up in my front yard between two trees, tore the front end of the little SUV to pieces, next they ran over my neighbors mail box, which had a brick planter on both sides of it. Completely wiped it out. Wait until a fire truck or rescue vehicle tries to get through. My husband and I have decided to sue if that happens to anyone in our household.
