Description

The back of my garages are a dumping ground for the two homes behind me 100 and 102 Windsor St. They have damaged the siding as well. I have attached photos of trash that they throw onto my property. I have mentioned this issue to the homeowner in the past and his answer was its the neighbor... its a shared driveway and the homeowner doesn't live on the property!
