Description

The Town of Belleair has received an alert from a kayaker, when he went under the bridge at N. Pine Circle, that a pipe was missing bolts and was sagging. I investigated this and saw one of the hanger bolts had broken off for the sewer line that crosses the bridge. Please investigate. Thanks, David.
