Lights are too short for west bound east bay rd. There isn't enough time to empty out the turn lane when heading west on East Bay it's been very erratic on the schedules that it has.

I realize Art is out today but the men's admin bathroom has not been cleaned maybe once this week, the recycle can is full, and my guys say the staff men's bathroom has not been cleaned as well this week. John gets here around 2:30 or later for less than an hour. In that amount of time he only has time to take up the trash and that's it.

The Town of Belleair has received an alert from a kayaker, when he went under the bridge at N. Pine Circle, that a pipe was missing bolts and was sagging. I investigated this and saw one of the hanger bolts had broken off for the sewer line that crosses the bridge. Please investigate. Thanks, David.
