Description

For months now, the construction of the addition and renovation of 635 Constitution Ave NE has been without any environmental protections at the rear of the property. There has been no silt fence or straw bales to prevent stormwater run-off and silt from flowing both under our fence onto our property and into the rear alley. Additionally, trash has again piled up in the back yard, including food waste. This condition continues for whatever reason. No further work has occurred at the property for weeks now.
