RV parked illegally on private land (that is deemed environmentally unsound) with a hole cut through the fence. There is a person coming and going through the hole daily. Comes and goes quickly many times. Could be storing drugs.

Vice Mayor and Council Member Annie Campbell-Washington was helpful in referring me to the Planning and Building Dept. This dept. provided confirmation that the parcel of land on 47th Ave.. and San Leandro St. is currently owned by the Union Pacific Railroad Co., headquartered in Omaha, NE.
Reference APN No. 34-2267-5-3, San Leandro St, Oakland, CA 94601.
The other property addresses that would be accurate for this odd shaped lot is
4699 San Leandro Street or 833 47th Ave. (The land is still contaminated.)
(The adjacent property at 4525 San Leandro St is currently owned by Standard Iron & Metals.
It looks like Chevron Asphalt Plant sold their property in 2000.)
