Description

There was a white Ford Fusion parked for over 3 hours on our street, with 3 males in their 20s who got out and proceeded to go door to door all over the neighborhood, despite the pouring rain. The car has dark tinted windows and we couldn't get a look at the license plate either as it had a tinted cover as well. It just seems odd to go door to door on a Friday night in stormy weather for 3+ hours.
