This couch is actually at 2811 Groveland, in the alley behind 1100 Fourqurean (at the corner of Fourqurean and Groveland.). The residents who dumped it in the alley still live there, and were told they could not dump their furniture in the alley but chose to do it anyway. The owner of 1108 Fourqurean should be notified that he has unlawfully dumped garbage behind his home, and held responsible for its removal, as his tenants are the ones who dumped it and he is certainly aware of the pile.

Any updates relative to this report? It appears that more trash and large bulky items have been dumped in the area to include the black couch that was previously located at 2811 Groveland Ave which has now been dumped between 1106 and 1108 Fourqurean Lane in the alley way.
