There is a couch that was dumped in the alleyway by a neighbor that is obstructing the alley behind the 1100 block of Fourqurean Lane

The alley way behind the 1100 block of Fourqurean Lane is significantly overgrown with several trees, weeds and other items impeding the drive thru.

In the alleyway behind the 1100 block of Fourqurean Lane, there are several overgrown weeds, trees, and limbs that need to be cut down as they are making it difficult to walk and drive though the alley.

In the 500 Block of Fourqurean Lane there are several large potholes that need to be repaired with urgency.

There are several large potholes throughout the 2200 block of Magnolia Street. I hit one of these potholes and damaged a rim on my car. These potholes need to be addressed with urgency.

In the 1100 block of Fourqurean Lane, there is a car that has been sitting on the street for 5 days that appears to be abandoned. The car which is a white Buick Lasabre has expired tags.

There is an area on the street in front of my house which was patched by the city after water pipes were replaced that is starting to crack and sink. There is a hole that is also starting to form in the replaced coil area that needs to be repaired.

There are 2 trees that belong to the city that are overgrown. These trees need to be trimmed down as several trees limbs have and continue to fall on my roof to which I had done not too long ago.

This issue was reported over 3 weeks ago and there hasn't been any resolve. There are still several large and bulky items (couch, XMAS tree, tv stand, dresser, etc..) in the alley way behind 1108 Fourqurean Lane which are obstructing the alley way.

This morning 8/25, during trash pick up, the sanitation workers dropped several items of trash (cups, cans, plates, bags etc) from their truck while they were loading a trash can onto the back of their truck. It appears they looked down as the trash was falling onto the ground. However, they failed to clean it up. This is happening pretty consistently and each week after trash collection, I am finding that I have to spend a considerable amount of time cleaning and picking up trash in the alley way behind my home that was left by the sanitation workers.

There are large bulk items (couch, XMAS tree, TV stand, lamp and other items) that were left by a neighbor who moved out. The items are sitting in the alley way behind 1108 Fourqurean Lane and have been there for several weeks. The items are also obstructing the alley making it impossible to drive through it. There is also another black couch that was dumped in the alley way that needs to be picked up.

The city is dragging their feet on this request as it has been reported multiple times by a few different people. This land and building has been vacant for quite some time now and the land is subsequently overgrown and needs to be cut ASAP.

In the 1100 Block of Fourqurean Lane there is an abandoned building with a lot that is severely overgrown and needs to be cut down.

There is a tree in the 1100 block of Fourqurean Lane in the zip code of 23222 that is split and a tree limb is hanging in the middle of the street. The tree needs to be cut down as it is rotten.
